Terms & Conditions — hoki70 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Defined terms may appear in singular or plural form throughout this document without changing their meaning.

To register and maintain an active Account on hoki70, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. hoki70 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where your participation in online betting activities is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of a current employee of hoki70 or any associated company.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through hoki70's Responsible Gaming tools or any third-party responsible gambling scheme that covers the hoki70 Platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the hoki70 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or identity used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any registered information changes.

hoki70 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and address at any stage of the registration process or thereafter as part of our ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hoki70 may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your username or password to any third party. hoki70 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account as a result of your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact hoki70 support immediately at [email protected].

hoki70 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are set out in the Payment Information section of the Platform and are subject to change with notice.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. hoki70 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion is not supported.
• hoki70 does not charge a deposit processing fee on its side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees for which hoki70 accepts no liability.
• Deposits credited to your Account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Deposits may not be reversed once credited except in cases of demonstrable processing error.
• hoki70 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided that (a) your Account is fully KYC-verified, (b) the requested amount does not exceed your available Real Money Balance, and (c) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met or the Bonus Funds have been forfeited.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operational limitations. If the original payment method is unavailable, hoki70 may request an alternative verified account in your name.
• Typical processing times range from 1 to 24 hours for fully verified accounts during normal WIB business hours. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• hoki70 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value requests or where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud or policy violation.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on Indonesian public holidays or outside WIB operational hours may experience processing delays of up to one additional business day.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account.
• hoki70 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside hoki70's control.

hoki70 offers promotional bonuses, cashback programs, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. hoki70 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any Player from any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Unused Bonus Funds will expire in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• hoki70 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of bonus terms — including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to reduce variance and extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit concurrent bonuses.
• Claiming a bonus by any automated method or in conjunction with any other party in an arrangement designed to guarantee returns is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

All bets and wagers placed on hoki70 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant rules before placing wagers. Key general principles include:

• A bet is confirmed only once hoki70's system has issued a bet confirmation reference number. Bets cannot be placed or accepted if your Account balance is insufficient at the time of placement.
• For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), hoki70 follows standard Asian handicap settlement rules for all handicap lines. In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's live odds feed; in-play odds may be suspended without notice during key match events.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled as winning only if all individual selections in the accumulator are settled as winners. A void selection reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs without affecting the total stake.
• For togel (numbers lottery) products, settlement is based on official draw results from the respective issuing authority (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, or other designated draw organizations). hoki70 accepts no responsibility for errors in official draw announcements but will re-settle markets if an official correction is issued within 48 hours of the original draw.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrectly displayed odds or game outcomes, hoki70 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. hoki70 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from such events.
• Winnings resulting from obvious pricing errors — defined as odds that deviate by more than 30% from the fair-market consensus at the time of placement — may be voided at hoki70's discretion regardless of official settlement outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hoki70 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to hoki70:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to automate wagering activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or engage in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering strategy.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party, including syndicate betting arrangements not explicitly approved by hoki70 in writing.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, game glitches, or software errors for financial gain. Any gains derived from exploiting such errors are not legitimate winnings and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in chargebacks or unauthorized reversals of deposit transactions. Players who initiate chargebacks forfeit all associated Account balances and are permanently banned from the Platform.

hoki70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any form of criminal conduct.
• An Account that has been inactive (no login and no balance activity) for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormancy fees may apply to inactive accounts in accordance with hoki70's dormancy policy.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring Account suspension.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Players who have self-excluded via hoki70's Responsible Gaming tools may not request Account reopening during the elected exclusion period under any circumstances.

All content on the hoki70 Platform — including but not limited to the hoki70 brand name, logo, domain names, website design, graphics, software, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of hoki70 or is licensed to hoki70 by third-party rights holders. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any rights in or to such intellectual property.

You may access and view Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any hoki70 content without prior written authorization from hoki70.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki70 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising from or related to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Technical malfunctions, data feed errors, server failures, or telecommunications disruptions affecting gameplay or bet settlement.
• Losses arising from gambling activities conducted on the Platform, including all wagering losses.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hoki70's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

hoki70 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to hoki70's collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

hoki70 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit and maintains secure storage of personal data in accordance with international data protection standards. hoki70 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law or necessary for the performance of these Terms.

hoki70 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Player community. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible through each Player's Account settings, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time-out reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

If you believe that your gambling is causing personal, financial, or emotional harm to yourself or others, you are strongly encouraged to contact hoki70 support at [email protected] to activate a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are non-reversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period. hoki70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Your Real Money Balance will be returned in accordance with Clause 9 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki70 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with hoki70's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority.

For Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia, hoki70 acknowledges that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online betting activities complies with any applicable local legislation. hoki70 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.

Any claim or dispute must be raised in writing within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period will not be considered regardless of merit.
